Management System Audit

A typical management audit assignment would involve the following elements:

Establishing Standards

Identify with CEO, and the executive team, the qualities of leadership and management the business now requires, an analysis strongly influenced by the new capabilities and styles required to deliver success in the future.

Conducting Assessments

Conduct assessments using our multi-disciplinary assessment team, typically conducting structured interviews looking in-depth at career history, business achievements, personal motivations and aspirations.
We complement these with information gathered through 360° feedback and / or references from wherever appropriate: colleagues, subordinates, bosses, customers etc. Psychometrics may be added at the specific request of clients.

Reporting

Produce succinct executive reports on individuals, teams, whole business units, functions and regions as required and typically present an overview for the Board that also highlights general strategic issues identified during the audit.
